The global performance marketing company based in Israel, Matomy Media Group announced today the acquisition of affiliate network MobAff on. MobAff is in MediaWhiz integrated, a leading North American performance marketing agency that was bought for $10 million in January. The acquisition of MobAff will support the growing mobile performance marketing activity of MediaWhiz, which was introduced in March 2013.
As part of the acquisition is the founder of MobAff, Alexander Tsatkin , together with other business members in the headquarters of MediaWhiz to New York City to relocate. MobAffs proprietary mobile marketing technology will be integrated into the award winning affiliate network of MediaWhiz.
