Billionaire investor Bill Ackman never had a prenup with his estranged wife Karen Ann Herskovitz. Now that the couple has announced that they are getting a divorce, Herskovitz may be entitled to half of Ackman’s estimated $1.65 billion fortune, Page Six reports.

The publication quoted a friend of theirs who said, “They have been together for a long time — 25 years, and married for 22. They married before he made his fortune. She was by his side and raised their kids while he made the money. There was never any talk of a prenup.”
