“The voice of basketball” Sportscaster Marv Albert has just picked up the new luxury condo penthouse from ODA Architects at 5 Franklin Place in Tribeca, The Real Deal reports.

Albert dropped $10.3 million for the 4.5 bedrooms on the 4, 410 square foot pad, that comes with an additional 660 square feet of terrace, double-height living rooms, oak hardwood floors, and luxurious bathrooms with imported marble.

The 20-story building with 53 apartments was developed by the Elad Group, and some of the standout features in a penthouse include five inch plank hardwood floors, hand-laid imported marble in the bathrooms, and an open chef’s kitchen.

Amenities includea landscaped roof deck with a pool and cabanas, state-of-the-art gym, and children’s playroom and parking.
