Sarah Jessica Parker buying not one – but two – new Village homes

It seems Carrie Bradshaw just can’t leave the Village behind.

Less than a year after selling her West 10th Street townhouse, Sarah Jessica Parker, who played Bradshaw in “Sex and the City, ” is said to be buying two other pads on West 11th Street.

A source told The Real Deal that the star is in contract to buy two properties, at 273-275 West 11th Street, from the United Methodist Women, a nonprofit. UMW has owned the properties since the 1920s and had been using them as a guesthouse and conference center.

The organization put the properties on the market with Eastern Consolidated last September, asking $44 million. It wasn’t clear what Parker would pay for them.

Parker’s publicist was not immediately available and her broker, “Million Dollar Listing New York” agent Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman, did not return multiple requests for comment.
