Hopes for stability are bashed – this is not the name of the game in September. Volatility and crises are synonymous and characterise this month from start to finish. Venus continues its problematic retrograde until September 6th, but still even after this date it should be worth waiting for a while before making major decisions on money and investing.

Likely continued turmoil in September maintains the trend of instability, especially with the partial solar eclipse taking place on September 13th. When Mercury, who begins to retrograde, creates a cardinal square with Pluto in Capricorn, another wave of financial and economic issues threaten.

From the 1st to the 6th of September Venus’s retrograde with Leo, which is in a 150 degree aspect to Pluto, has implications for partnerships and financial relationships, which might break up in the ensuing turmoil. Financial agreements may be breached. Partner relationships will suffer divisive disagreements.
From September 7th to the 11th Venus will be in an aspect of 150 degrees with Pluto in Capricorn, and Mercury in Libra will be in 90 degrees to Capricorn, forms an integrated and particularly difficult aspect, because it deals with crises on labor issues, money and crises lead to the suspension of people’s routine business behaviours.
The partial solar eclipse on September 13th will be in Virgo, will affect stability everywhere and regular routines will be shattered. Its placement in relation to the comet Chiron is in a painful aspect. Global events are talking about human pain.
Between September 5th and September 22nd Jupiter is in position opposite Neptune, with the world in confusion. A series of events cause feelings of chaos. It is not clear where they will trend and in what they will result.

The official retrograde of Mercury begins September 17th at 15 degrees to Libra. It may be difficult to cope with the fluctuations that Mercury’s retrograde can cause, when Mercury also makes a cardinal square with Pluto in Capricorn, which again relates to labour markets, health issues and financial volatility. Mercury’s retrograde will continue until October 9th.
Mercury’s retrograde is related to the twin star Algorab , the “Raven”, whose nature is considered a combination of the fighting personalities of both Mars and Saturn. This position has a serious impact on military operations and carry a toll of heavy casualties, but with possible magnificent results.
Decisions made under the influence of Algorb are made as a result of being sucked into a difficult situation, without stopping for a moment to ask if the action is necessary. Either way under its influence delay or indecision can cause casualties.
There is continued danger in this situation when Mercury in retrograde meets Algorab, while Pluto also completes its retrograde on September 25th, three days before the eclipse of the moon. During this period of time the United States map shows Algorab will be in a 180 degrees relationship, and in an exact 13 degree opposition to the Sun in Cancer. This aspect is dramatic and can be traumatic economically. Although these events may result in the bankruptcy of some large organisations, or falling markets, with possible knock-on domino effects and /or acts of international terrorism which could hurt the heart of the United States.
At this time the map of Barack Obama shows Pluto in a difficult aspect to the Sun – this serves as characteristic of crises and dangers. At the same time Saturn aspect of 150 degrees to Venus in his map indicate more concerns and his growing sense of loneliness.
On September 24th the Sun is in a 60 degree aspect to Saturn in Sagittarius – there is a yearning for renewed organisation and for a return to normal life. International relationships, still in chaos, search for order and stability. However during the days immediately before the total eclipse of the moon on September 28th relationships remain shaken and nothing is stable in this world.
