Calvin Klein Selling Miami Home for $16 Million

Calvin Klein is unloading his Miami Beach estate located at 4452 North BAY RD for $16 million. He can use some of the money to cover the cost of the new home in Los Angeles which he just bought for $25 million.

The 5, 802 square foot home has 5 bedrooms, f full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It sits on a 16709 square foot lot. The waterfront sanctuary is securely situated on North Bay Road with dock and infinity pool overlooking 113 feet of open bay views. It also has a 2 car garage and an open floor plan with European craftsmanship throughout captures the essence of Zen. There are furnishings and antiques by world renowned designer Axel Vervoordt with impressively landscaped outdoor living/dining areas that increase living space to 7, 966 sq. feet.

Meanwhile, Klein’s new Los Angeles home is located on Tanager Way in the Bird Streets area of the Hollywood Hills. It has five bedrooms, a partially submerged garage, 13 foot high ceilings, 3, 000 square feet of space a fireplace and wet bar, an adjoining office and a 12-seat home theater with professional-grade media equipment.

He told the Wall Street Journal, ”
it doesn’t need a lot of renovation.” Mostly, he’s excited to start furnishing the home. “I love architecture, I love interior design, ” he said. “All of this is very connected to the work I’ve done as a fashion designer.”
