Brad Grey Selling Manhattan Carlyle Hotel Apartment for $22.5 Million

High powered Hollywood producer Brad Grey is selling his luxury apartment located in the Carlyle Hotel at 35 East 76th Street on the northeast corner of Madison Avenue, in the Upper East Side of Manhattan for $22.5 million.

Grey, the chairman of Paramount pictures who was the youngest son born to Jewish parents in the Bronx, and his wife bought the home for $15.5 million back in 2001, meaning they are looking for almost a 50% profit after only four years. The couple is shopping for a new New York City pad.

Located on the 26th floor, whose entirety it encompasses, the apartment has 3, 000 square feet of space, four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It comes with a library and was recently renovated. There is a beamed ceiling, hardwood floors, a marble bath, office and oversized windows.
