Is Matt Lauer Really A Womanizer?

Television personalities Savannah Guthrie (L) and Matt Lauer / GettyCelebrity Sightings In New York City - December 12, 2014

With all the claims against Bill Cosby, it wouldn’t be difficult to start doubting any celebrity, particularly those who have a nice clean guy image. While the rumors about Today Show’s Matt Lauer might pale in comparison to the many rape claims against Bill Cosby, they aren’t very nice. Radar Online reports that the hot gossip is that this summer Matt Lauer lived the life of a bachelor in his NY City apartment while his wife and kids were in the Hamptons.

Matt Lauer has been called a womanizer by the tongue waggers, but there was one woman in particular they say, Annette Roque, who caught his eye. However, Lauer’s defenders said he had to spend more time in New York City because Savannah Guthrie was on maternity leave. Since he didn’t take any time of for three months, it was easier to stay  in the city, and friends also add he went to see his family every weekend.

Back to Cosby (as if we aren’t sick if this story by now–sick meaning tired or nauseated), Today show co-host said Cosby attempted to kiss her, but didn’t get anywhere close to rape. She turned him down and said, “We are just friends.” Well,  they must have been. He wouldn’t rape a friend.
