If You Want to Get Stoned with Seth Rogen, Go to Denver

Seth Rogen

Famed stoner actor Seth Rogen has promised to light up before an upcoming screening in Denver of his new movie The Interview. There is no word yet on whether or not Rogen plans to provide the marijuana or if it will be a bring your own pot party.

In case you were wondering about the legality of this, remember the consumption of marijuana is now legal in the state of Colorado where the screening will take place.

Rogen tweeted: “We are going to do a screening of #TheInterviewMovie in Colorado where I get baked with everyone first, and we can smoke weed in the theater.” And, “Hey Denver! Wanna get baked with ME and then watch my new movie The Interview?! You can on Dec. 8th! Email RSVPTheInterviewDenver@gmail.com.”

Maybe Rogen is so lacking in confidence in the quality of The Interview that he thinks it best that people get stoned before they see it.

In other Rogen news, the actor commented on the change of studios producing the troubled Steve Jobs biopic in which he is to play Steve Wozniak.

About Universal Studios replacing Sony, he told IGN News, “I’m not 100 percent sure, Last I heard was that Universal might be making it. I’m not sure that’s all finished up yet but I heard that’s what’s going to happen.”

“It’s a cool team, ” Rogen said referring to writer Aaron Sorkin and the producers of the film. “There’s a lot that needs to happen between now and then – they haven’t closed the deal with the studio which means they haven’t closed the deals with any of the actors or any of that stuff. But if that movie gets made, I think there’s a good chance that I will be in it.”
