There will be a total of eleven penthouses, all with terraces, beginning on the 75th floor.

Larry Silverstein gave reporters a look at the progress on his new tower after a news conference about the progress of the new World Trade Center held at 7 WTC.

“What you’ve got is a very significant high-rise residential tower, ” Mr. Silverstein told reporters in a showcase room on the 33rd floor of 7 WTC from where they could look out at the Park Place development. “You’ve got the combination of condominiums and the Four Seasons. By virtue of having them together, you have the ability as a condominium resident of being able to call down to the Four Seasons Hotel for anything that you need.”

Located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, Silverstein Properties began construction on the project in December 2013. It is to be a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. When complete, its 926 foot height will make it the tallest residential building in lower Manhattan. The tower will have a total of 710, 000 square feet of space.

The first 27 of its 82 stories are reserved for the 189 rooms of the new Four Season Hotel. 15% of the guest rooms will be suites, including the 3, 500 square foot Royal Suite. The remaining floors will hold 157 luxury condominiums, the largest of which will have as much as 6, 000 square feet of space.

The residences feature high ceilings, multiple exposures, and “warm details that add to the character of these beautifully designed homes.” Residents will be able to enjoy amenities such as a sunlit 75 foot pool with adjacent steam rooms and luxurious Four Seasons spa.
